This product is obtained from Royal Quinoa, a highly nutritive grain, which is subjected to a milling process, preserving all the nutritious characteristics of the raw material. Royal Quinoa is a premium quality seed that is cultivated in the region of Potosí in Bolivia. It is recognizable by its larger grains and its fluffier texture. This superfood, called the mother of all grains in Quechua (Native language), is known for its nutritional richness.
It is important to remark that Royal Quinoa is a variety that can only be achieved in the saline areas at 4,000 meters high in the mountains of Bolivia.
