QUINOA FLAKES

Quinoa flakes are circular or oval, whitish or cream, highly nourishing cereal sheets of nice color and taste, whose thickness varies between 0.1 mm to 0.5 mm. They have a texture and appearance similar to oatmeal flakes.

Process


Quinoa grains previously washed and dried are selected by size and carried to a stage of conditioning in humid. Subsequently these grains are rolled through two rollers of convergent rotation and passed to a stage of drying for its stabilization. Finally, they are bagged, stored and shipped for sale.
