This oil is obtained from a native tree (unseeded) of the Amazon rainforest. Its wild fruit is picked by hand, and it contains the nuts, which are firstly selected to subsequently being processed to obtain the oil. This oil is rich in oleic acid, vitamins A, B, C and E, proteins, minerals such as calcium, iron, zinc, sodium, potassium and selenium. The Brazil Nut Oil, which is highly nutritive, it is obtained through a cold press process of the previously selected nuts, to then be decanted, removing impurities, and maintaining all the nutraceutical properties during the whole process. The Brazil Nut Oil advantageously replaces the Olive Oil for its mild and pleasant flavor, and it can be used in salads and fryings. This oil is also raw material for the cosmetic and food industries.
